The photographer retains all rights to their images. If one or more of your images are selected by the juror of a PhotoPlace Gallery exhibit, the photographer grants PhotoPlace Gallery the non-exclusive use of those images for the sole purposes of reproduction in the exhibit catalog and on PhotoPlace Gallery and social media websites. The photographer agrees that he or she is fully and solely responsible for the content of my images, including the reproduction of the likeness of recognizable individuals. This agreement may be rescinded at any time.
Photographers must indicate agreement with this policy when creating a PhotoPlace Gallery account.
