Since its founding, PhotoPlace Gallery has been honored to work with an extraordinary and ever-growing community of jurors whose experiences reflect the richness and diversity of contemporary photography.
Over the years, our exhibitions have been shaped by photographers, curators, educators, editors, publishers, critics, and other leaders in the field. Their work spans fine art, documentary, editorial, alternative process, conceptual, and lens-based practices, bringing a wide range of perspectives to the images they encounter. Together, they represent not only exceptional accomplishments within the photographic community, but also the many ways photography continues to evolve as an art form.
We believe that this diversity of experience strengthens our exhibitions and expands the opportunities we provide to artists. Each juror brings their own interests, expertise, and way of seeing, encouraging a dynamic and thoughtful dialogue through the work selected for exhibition.
